Martin Serota, M.D. has over 20 years of experience as a leader and innovator in value-based care, both as a practicing physician and a C-suite executive. Dr. Serota has helped lead and grow several near-billion-dollar medical entities of national scale. He has a deep knowledge of clinical quality, medical management and business operations and his companies have excelled at delivering on the health care Quadruple Aim.
Abra Siegel, MBA

Abra Siegel has over 25 years of experience in healthcare and has held various senior positions. She has lead the development of multiple IPA’s and MSO’s, as well as medical group acquisitions for Health Dimensions (now HCA), Tenet Health System and Sutter Health System. She also has lead the negotiations and payer strategy for both institutional and professional contracting with expertise in VBC arrangements in multiple states. While at Stanford Health Care, she lead the strategic development of various service lines in partnership with the Chairs and Chiefs of the Stanford SOM.

Dr. Wechsler believes very strongly that kidney disease and the associated conditions of heart disease and diabetes can be prevented or slowed with early detection and treatment. His general philosophy in medicine is to educate his patients so they will be empowered to aid the doctor in treating their disease.
Steve Sawelson, MD
Medical Director of Care Coordination
Dr. Sawelson is a Board-Certified Nephrologist who has practiced Nephrology for over 30 years in Torrance, California. He has interests in all aspects of Nephrology, with a special interest in pregnancy-associated hypertension, kidney disease, pre-eclampsia, pregnancy while on dialysis, and pregnancy when a kidney transplant is present.

Jodi brings 30 years of experience in nephrology, emphasizing a holistic approach that focuses on slowing disease progression & enhancing patient education. She is dedicated to meeting each patient where they are, addressing both their physical and emotional health throughout the continuum of care. Her extensive resume includes expertise in population health, management within dialysis care delivery systems, rollout of Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNP), renal case management program creation for health plans, HCC recapture, and strategies for reducing Total Cost of Care. Jodi’s comprehensive skill set ensures a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to nephrology.

Senior Operations Manager
Seleste Childers brings in over 7 years of experience fueled by a background in Revenue Cycle Management and attainment of her Certified Professional Coder License. She was able to hone her skills previously as a Client Manager where she was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing multiple practices and took pride in ensuring that their financials were not just managed but maximized. Here at RheoMed Seleste is responsible for many of the operational intricacies. Her role demands a strategic mindset, an unwavering attention to detail, and a profound commitment to professionalism.
