Tarun Marwaha, M.D.
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Marwaha is ABIM Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He has a long-standing reputation in Orange County as a knowledgeable and compassionate physician. He is deeply involved in the care of patients with Kidney disease and always aims to discover improved methods to care for his patients.
Eric Wechsler, MD
CMO & Board Member
Dr. Wechsler believes very strongly that kidney disease and the associated conditions of heart disease and diabetes can be prevented or slowed with early detection and treatment. His general philosophy in medicine is to educate his patients so they will be empowered to aid the doctor in treating their disease.
Bruce Greenfield, M.D.
Board Member
Dr. Bruce Greenfield graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completing both his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Nephrology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He has been in private practice since 1986 and has also held various professional and academic positions such as Chief of Staff at California Hospital Medical Center and Clinical Instructor for the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
Brian Brady, MD
Board Member
Dr. Brady is a board-certified, fellowship-trained nephrologist and Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine. He specializes in the treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD),end-stage kidney disease(ESKD), resistant hypertension, and glomerular disorders. His value-based care research has been funded by the NIH and health systems to study care models focused on improving clinical outcomes and reducing costs for patients with CKD and ESKD. Dr. Brady has published in leading journals such as JAMA Internal Medicine and the Journal of the American Society of Nephrology, has presented nationally and internationally, and served on national policy-making committees to help improve the system of care for patients with kidney disease.

Abra Siegel, MBA
CDO
Abra Siegel has over 25 years of experience in healthcare and has held various senior positions. She has lead the development of multiple IPA’s and MSO’s, as well as medical group acquisitions for Health Dimensions (now HCA), Tenet Health System and Sutter Health System. She also has lead the negotiations and payer strategy for both institutional and professional contracting with expertise in VBC arrangements in multiple states. While at Stanford Health Care, she lead the strategic development of various service lines in partnership with the Chairs and Chiefs of the Stanford SOM.
